Heat Stove for Dryer

Heat stove is a machine that being equipped with mechanical stoker, and adopts wood pellets, wood block (no more than 50mm), and shells for fuel. Through two-grade burning and two-time dust filtering can obtain clean hot smoke and gas when making your own wood pellets. In addition, the heat stove is also widely used in the drying of inedible materials, such as seeds, saw dust, feedstuff, chicken manure, dregs, foundry sand and so on. The main components are auto fuel elevator, auto fuel feeding machine, stove body and electrical cabinet.

The main function of every part of heavy stove:

• Auto fuel elevator: it is in front of stove body, and fuel bucket, guide rail frame, support flate, elevating machine and gear box are the main constituent parts, elevating fuel bucket automatically and dumping the fuel into fuel box is the function of auto fuel elevator.
• Auto fuel feeding machine: it drives fuel into stove body. Under the fire grate has four separate air chambers. By adjusting air volume of each chamber through hand wheel can make sure different fuel burn sufficiently.
• Stove body: it consists of fire grate assembly, primary chamber and secondary chamber. Refractory concrete is full of the inside of fire chamber, and in order to adjust the thickness of fuel bed, fuel flashboard is adopted when make your own pellets. There are fire doors on the two sides of primary chamber in order to ignite and observe burning circs, moreover to move coking fuel bed for sufficiently burning. There is fire bar, ash passage and inspection hole in secondary chamber. A quantity of combustible gas will be burned sufficiently in secondary chamber. The smoke and gas can be purified by the double grade cyclone dust filter in secondary chamber.
• Electrical cabinet: France SCHNEIDER brand is adopted in the main electrical components. Power switch, three grades protecting device, voltage meter, ampere meter, temperature digital control, overheat and overload protecting device, time relay, thermal relay and several buttons which control fuel feeding, elevator, fan and air lead are the main components of electrical cabinet.
