Hammer mill is designed to solve the crushing problems. It is perfect raw material size reduction equipment working together with a homemade wood pellet machine. The GEMCO Hammer Mill is special equipment which can crush materials such as wood chips, barks, straws or biomass waste into finer pieces or even the powder.
The GEMCO hammer mill is welded with steel; both the motor and rotor are assembled at the same base and transmitted by direct pin coupling. The rotor can work both in forward and reverse way, and it is dynamic balance tested. Any unanticipated door opening during running can be avoided by the safe locking device.
It is possible for any type of feeding equipment to be matched by the feed inlet at the top.
