Poor lubrication

According to investigation, poor lubrication is one of the main reasons for premature bearing damage. The main reasons include not filling lubricant or lubricating oil in time, not filling lubricant or lubricating oil in place, improper selection of lubricant or lubricating oil, improper lubrication mode, etc.

Suggestion: choose the right lubricant or lubricating oil and use the correct way of lubricating filling.

Pollution

Pollution also leads to premature damage to the bearing. Pollution means that dust and metal chips enter the bearing. The main reasons include pollution caused by opening the packing of bearings prematurely before use, pollution caused by unclean working environment during installation, unclean working environment of bearings, and pollution of working media.

  1. It is best not to disassemble the bearings before using them.
  2. Keep the installation environment clean during installation.
  3. Cleaning of bearings to be used.

Fatigue

Fatigue damage is a common damage mode of bearings. Common causes of fatigue damage may be long-term overload operation of bearings, not timely maintenance, improper maintenance, equipment aging and so on.
